Get R Done Friday!

Time for Get R Done Friday!
ClassyChassy at Expressly Corgi is our host
for today.
I have not done much this week.
Been so tired lately.
Let down feelings after getting back from our trip.
The time change makes it dark when I get home from work.
Dark outside, sleepy eyes.
I have been so tired the last few days.
Yesterday I was alseep in the recliner when B-Daddy woke me up.
He said we needed to go to the Dollar Tree.
So that is our Get R Done Friday!
What is more important,
is that we remembered to take our
reusable bags.
Yay!
Here are our reuseable bags filled with items
from the Dollar Tree.
Stuff like toilet paper, laundry supplies, soymilk
and other supplies we needed.
The clerk thanked us for bringing our own bags!
The bag on the right is the one I won from
We always remember to take our bags to the grocery store,
but we don't always remember to take them to
the Dollar Tree.
Remembering the reuseable bags is an
important Get R Done in our house!
~~~~~~~
I had to check my spelling on
reuseable.
Reuse is not in my dictionary.
but useable and usable are both
acceptable spellings.
I wonder if newer dictionaries
now have "reuseable" in them.
~~~~~
So, what was your Get R Done today?
Happy Friday!
~Linnea~
P.S. I promptly fell asleep in the recliner again after we got home.
This morning I am still exhausted.
I hope I can shake this tiredness.

Are you sleeping again? What a great post for GET R DONE - I am ALWAYS forgetting to bring my reusable bags!!! I've even forgotten them when I've left them purposely in my vehicle - I get to the checkout, and they say 'paper or plastic' - and it is THEN that I remember!!! I will say that there are times I DO remember to bring my own totes, but I should place a post it note on my dashboard, so i remember before I get to the checkout in the stores!

Hey Linnea!

Love your reusable bags! I have recently bought some really pretty ones from Home Goods that I have been trying to use when I go shopping. They are really sturdy and they are big and pink!

Ooh, Linnea I have been feeling the same lately. I know it's the change in time and the coldness of the new season upon us. Time to cuddle down, snuggle down with a hot cup of cocoa and a good read or craft! I need to go to the Dollar Tree more often!

xoxo

I am trying to remember my recyclable bags. My problem is using them, bringing them in to the house full, and then forgetting to take them back to the car for the next shopping trip.

Good for you for making this change a habit!

I guess another thing you got done was your nap! LOL

HI Linnea. I'm trying to get back into the swing of blogging. :) I love reusable bags. I keep mine in the trunk of my car so I am never without them!

take care,
Dawn

I'm glad you made it to the Dollar Tree. I might be going there myself to get some similar items. Need toilet paper and paper towels and laundry detergent. We'll see.
