Three Or More Tuesday!

Ack! It is Tuesday already!
Man, that time sure flies out the window for me.
I really wish it would slow down. Sigh...

Anyway, thank you to Tam over at The Gypsy's Corner for
hosting Three or More Tuesday for us.

Be sure to go and see her.
I had people asking me about the recipes of the meal
I served on Easter Sunday.

So here are the pictures again along with the

THREE recipes.

Enjoy!!

Creamy Spinach Soup

I got the recipe from Allrecipes.com.

You can even have it calculate for how many servings you want!

There is the link for you!!

The Oven Roasted Red Potatoes and Asparagus is from the same website.

I read the comments on this one and did what some suggested

cut back on the spices.

I only used 1/2 of the suggested amounts for the

dried rosemary and the dried thyme.

It was enough for us to use only 1/2 the amount.

Also I did the asparagus for only the last 10 minutes or so of the total cook time.

It turned out perfect that way.

Here is the link for that one.

And now the Cherry-stuffed Ham!

So yummy!!

I got this recipe from the

Better Homes and Gardens website.

I was having issues with the computer while trying to prepare this
so here is the website.
www.bhg.com/recipes
Do a search for Cherry-stuffed Ham
and then you will have the recipe.

Another 3 or more for me.
After 3 weeks I finally have my car back. Yay!
Today will be first time to drive it to work.
I used 3 different cars to drive to work during those 3 weeks.
Happy Three or More Tuesday!

Ok, Linnea, those are yummy! I love how the ham is cut on the top and then cut down to show the design. Those veggies look so fresh and I love spinach!

Hi Linnea, it was so good to see you visiting. I've been super busy too. I just love your Easter eggs from the last post and seeing your Easter recipes too. We are having a rainy week here, and I'm just waiting for the sun to come back out!
