A Late Rednesday (again)!

Well, here I am finally posting again. I will have a mix of pictures but there will also be some RED in them too. Trying to decide where to start with what has been happening to me. I think I will tell you about my Valentine's Day weekend. There was some RED then and I got a neat gift from B-Daddy that weekend. So here goes. (I noticed that if you click on some of the scenery pictures to enlarge them, you will see some RED here and there)
Before we even left the house, I noticed my crocus was blooming.
Not RED, but purple. Aren't they pretty.
Driving to where we were getting my gift.
On the way we can see the Navy Shipyard my dad worked at until he retired.
It is no longer a shipyard. Other things are there now.
This is the drawbridge from the shipyard to the other side. Not the bridge we are on, but the one you see there.

The long building you see across the water is the addition to the hospital where my daughter was born.
My brother was born there too, but those buildings are gone and replaced by the modern ones.
If you look carefully you can see my RED purse in the reflection in the truck window.
My RED purse I was using that day.
And I wore RED socks!
Along the way we passed these.
And these. You won't catch me riding them.
Too high and loopy for me.
We stopped at the Olive Garden for lunch.
Yum!
We both had this.
Chicken and Gnochi Soup with a bread stick.
Yum, yum!
Then it was to Best Buy.
I bet you can guess what I got!
Yep! A new laptop for me. My first one!
Leaving Best Buy, I spotted this Pink tree blooming.
Okay not RED, but it is a shade of RED along with
the purple crocus.
A view on our trip home. It was a beautiful day!
Between rain storms too!
This water area is part of the marshlands that feed into the San Francisco Bay.
The road we drive on is scary to drive on at night.
I had to do that on Tuesday this week.
More about that one later.
Yay! Some RED.
A RED airplane at a small airport we passed.
I almost missed getting that picture.

A RED sign. B-Daddy buys our coffee at this place.
It is called The Barking Dog.
We get home and we open this nice RED box.
Another yum!
What?
Oh.....you wanted to see my laptop.
Okay.
The color is called Passion Purple.
And I love it.
I am still getting used to using it.
I thought I was never going to get my own laptop.
Never say never!
Hope you all had a good REDnesday.

Love the photos of the area you live. They are always so pretty and serene!

I can see why the woman who painted the pics in your header thought of you as her angel. You have such a dear, caring heart.

So delighted you got a laptop...and that color is yummy!
Have fun with it! This puter of mine keeps giving us fits...maybe one day we'll get a new one!

Blessings to you Gal!
Love and hugs,

Hi Girlie,
So glad to see you are back, and I love those red socks. Reminds me of dorothy in the wizard of Oz, course, maybe it was her shoes that were red not her socks!! lol
How neat you got a laptop, and what a spicy color, I have to say!!
It was a fun car trip, and we love Olive Garden, we eat their chicken marsale usually. It is to die for!!
Actually we had it as take out on

Hope you enjoy that laptop along with those gorgeous crocuses.
Have a great day hon,
Blessings, Nellie
