On Cloud 9 Again

I always get excited when my daughter-in-love posts new pictures of her family. Guess what, she posted new pictures again!! I just have to share a couple of favorites here. Well, actually more than a couple. After all I am her Grandma Nea! You can click here to see more.
I think this one is so precious. It is probably my favorite of the recent pictures. I have several favorites. So hard to choose just one. :-)
They went bowling recently. This is a pose Shaylee would get into after she rolled a ball. Sounds like they had a blast bowling with Shaylee. A fun family time together. I love this picture too of course.
I had to grab this one of my son. I think he is cute and adorable here. But I think he would prefer it if I said "See my handsome son." But as his mom, I am going to say cute and adorable. Reminds me of pictures taken of him when he was younger.

Nils and Shawna did a date week recently. Her choice was to go to Get Your Paint On. They went and picked up their projects. They had to wait until they had been fired in the kiln before they could take them home. Their projects turned out great. What a fun date idea! I am so pleased with how they do family things together, both as a couple and with Shaylee.
I have been feeling down and depressed after getting back from our trip. I guess you would call that a let down type of thing. I get that a lot after coming back from something fun like our trip was last week. And yes I will be posting more pictures of it. Tomorrow I will use some of them for Blue Monday. Then I will do the Bathroom Diva pictures. On my sewing blog I posted a picture of me wearing the outfit I made. You can get to it by clicking on the link in my sidebar. Anyway, seeing pictures of my granddaughter cheered me up. Always does.

Hi Linnea! I'm sorry it's been so long since I've written. Tonight is the first time since I've looked at your blog and really enjoyed it. Are you still working at CMF? I can't believe how long your hair is. I'm a novice at this blogging stuff so I don't know if you'll even get this. I think I accidentally erased my first attempt to send a message. If you get this I'd love to send you one of my favorite poems. My husband and I are about to begin the daunting journey of choosing an adoption agency after years of trying to start our family.
-Take care,
christy (from the COTA program '01)
