Three or More Tuesday-Rose Collage

It is time for Three Or More Tuesday again.
Thank you to Tam over at The Gypsy's Corner for hosting for us.
Go on over and visit her for more who are posting.
I have been playing around with flower photography lately.
A new passion of mine I guess.
Anyway, I was watching this particular rose bud.
And ended up taking photos of it at three different times as it was opening up.
So it is a collage of three pictures.
But there are two more buds coming next to the rose in the center making another 3 of something for me here.
The first picture is actually my favorite. It is included in my header collage.
In the second one you can see the other buds starting to change color from green to getting reading to open.
In the third picture the flower is as open as it is going to get being squished by the two other buds. Also the rains came and kind of destroyed this flower after that.
But the buds behind have even more color at this point.
It was fun making a collage out of these three pictures.
Happy Three or More Tuesday!

Morning Linnea,
Loved your comments blog, and think they are all true!! Also,
loved the pic of the roses at each
stage, Lovely. I see you love flowers as much as I do. They are
wonderful gifts from God. And Roses are especially great gifts from the Lord. Well, hope you have a bright and beautiful day.
Oh yea, you left a comment for me
and said you worked with patients.
So are you a nurse?? or some sort
of health care worker??
Well, have a great day,
Blessings, Nellie

Nothing opens up quite like a rose does. Metaphor for life here I think.

Hi 'Nea!! I love that photographing flowers is your new thing, because your pictures are so lovely!! Flowers are just such a joy to look at, aren't they? I think God made the flowers especially for us women. He knew the delight we would take in their beauty, and so He made the earth smile in flowers, so we would smile back at Him!!

Thanks for sharing your lovelies! Keep snapping girl!!
Hugs 'n joy,
Becky

Linnea! What great shots! I love to see roses as they begin to bloom and "mature". Roses are one of the best things about spring/summer :0)
I love the new header!
I hope all is well and that you have a fantastic day!

Very, very pretty. I'm glad you do that sequential study. My favorite roses are full blown, but each stage has something wonderful to offer.

XO,

Sheila :-)

Your roses are sooooooooooo pretty.
I've never given them a try - maybe I should see if they can survive in my yard!

I love seeing the rose in it's transformation. Seems we don't take time to stop & smell the roses (or see them transform). Thanks for reminding us that we need to take the time to enjoy the roses surrounding us.
