Three or More Tuesday #7

It is time for Three or More Tuesday!
Boy, the week just marches on by here.
Be sure to visit Tam over at The Gypsy's Corner to see who else is posting today.
Monday I was organizing and decluttering my kitchen.
I saw this Campell Soup mugs and realized I can use them for a Three or More post.
I actually have four of them.
It was perfect for our family of four when the kids were
growing up.
They look great on the red salad plates of our NEW set of dishes.
New dishes????
Yep. New dishes.
Here is a close up of of the mug.
They work great for eating soup.
We actually use them quite often.
This is what is says on the bottom of them.

This was my pantry. I got frustrated with this turnable contraption.
I thought maybe switching to holding mostly dishes instead of food items
would work better.
I bought two sets of new dishes.
That red and white set is one of the sets.
You can see those bowls that Mrs Magpie is always eyeing.
Still have some food items stored in here. Mainly breakfast items.
Now the turntable is turned and you can see the red dishes.
I love them. Got red flatware too.
Ooolala!
In this picture you can see another Three or More something.
Those tupperware lid holders on the wall.
They are hanging on the right there.
Happy Three or More Tuesday!

Hi Linnea,

Thank you for so many comments on my blog lately. I know what you mean about getting far behind in your reading~that is me to. I love visiting everyone on my reader and it takes a while to get through them all. If I had all day everyday....but I don't.

Anyway, that picture is taken almost due north of Mt. Diablo in this little valley near Clayton. I discovered it one day a few years ago when I missed a turn while going out there for a design consult for a client. The valley is absolutely beautiful and quite large and very remote. Evey time I stand at the road's edge and look down I wonder how the farm owners even get to it. Obviously there is a little road but you cannot even see it. I love it there especially in the spring.

I am enjoying your Tuesday posts and love the Campbell's soup mugs. Very nostalgic!

I used to have those mugs and they have mysteriously disappeared. I visited Sara's blog and her dog looks like she has boxer in her. I also have a black/white tuxedo cat too. Red dishes, how very pretty!

Hi Linnea,

I LOVE your Campbell's Soup mugs. I have a Campbell's Soup tin recipe box, and it's one of the things I brought from America with me when I moved here. Mmmm Mmmm Good!

Linnea,

Love your little Campbell's mugs. Makes me want to have tomato soup with crackers! And your red dishes are so bright & cheery! I get the idea that you like red!

Changing out the turntable is a nice idea. I keep cleaning products on mine, so easy to clean up spills without all the dark corners of a cabinet. :-)

Happy TOMT!

Oh my goodness Nommy! I love the new dishes! And I like the idea of using the pantry for dishes. Cause I remember that it was frustrating for holding food. I totally remember using the Campbell Soup mugs. We used to eat my favorite soup in them. Chicky Corn Chowder!!!

I love those Campbell soup bowls. I remember we used to have some (growing up) but they fell victim to quakes :0(. I think my dad may have one left.
Happy Tuesday!!!

I love the Campbell soup mugs. They really look great with your new red dishes. Red must be the "in" color for dishes. I have seen so many when shopping lately.
