Blue Monday #3

My Blue Monday is the bathroom this time. We have these glass shelves over the toilet. And on them are some blue things. Yay! In the middle is a powder container with the scent Vanilla Milk. It was a gift from a secret pal. Then to the right is a old timey tin for powder. The lower shelf has more Vanilla Milk things. This time it is shower gel and body wash. Then there is a blue box with a dolphin on it. This was my daughter's. I think she did not want it any more so I claimed it. So my sweet daughter, if you are reading this and it turns out you still wanted this box, I guess I will have to give it up and mail it to you. Heehee. Inside the box are washcloths, including a dark blue one and some blue soaps.

This next picture is the top of the toilet. On there I have an embroidered guest towel with blue trim. This was in my godmother's things. The pitcher and bowl was by Avon, which used to be my Mother-in-law's. And there are some more blue soaps and a blue bath cube.
And that my friends is my blue post for today. Happy Blue Monday. Thank you to Sally at Smiling Sally for hosting Blue Monday. Go visit her blog for more fun Blue Monday posts.

Very nice blue monday post! You have some lovely blue things to share. You have the same name as my neice. It's one you don't hear very often. Happy Blue Monday to you!

I finally am realizing I am just naturally a collector. Even though I don't collect Avon, I recognized your pitcher and bowl as Avon right away. They look lovely, as do your other items.

Thanks for stopping by my blog! I see that you're a friend of Nikki's at Blah, Blah, Blah Blog! I appreciate your comments and will definitely be back to look around further, especially your sewing blog! I have to work hard and then run to the dentist this morning, broke a tooth, ick! I hate working split shifts when things like this happen. Once again thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a great day! Cindy

The glass shelves are very lovely! Your bathroom looks pretty. Mine is crammed with everything we need and use and no room to pretty it up.

The blue avon pitcher is adorable.

Linnea,

Your collection of blue bath things is so charming. When I have the money to finish my 2nd bathroom, I plan on doing it in blue & white so seeing some of your decorations has given me several ideas. I especially like how you prettied up the toilet tank cover with the pretty embroider linen. Very imaginative of you.

Have a great day!!

Hi! It's Hilda again. Just wondering if I could have your email address. I would really love to ask you about your job. I'm really interested in that, like what you do, and if you had to go to school to become an occupational therapist assistant. Or is that your job title? Anyway, I would love to get to know you better. Would like to see if your pain is getting any better. Have been reading your archives and have been reading about your pain. I feel bad for you. Anyway, if you'd like to give me your email, you can email me at K_and_E_Mom@yahoo.com. If you don't feel comfortable in exchanging emails, I will certainly understand.
Take care,
Hilda Cline, Robyn's friend, of Scrapbooks and Journals blog. I don't have a blog as of yet. Don't know if I ever will though.
