I just had to share the picture of my granddaughter in her cute pirate costume. My daughter-in-love posted this picture and others tonight. I get so excited when I see new stuff on her blog. To see more click here.
Since we live so far apart the internet sure helps us to keep in touch and I see pictures of my cute granddaughter. Shawna tells me they talk to my granddaughter about us regularly so she gets to know who we are. I hope we get a chance to go see them sooner rather than later.Peace and Love,

Oh Linnea, she is adorable!! I love Halloween and each of my kids have been a pirate at least once as well!!
Shaylee is so cute!!! I still cannot believe how big she has gotten. I agree that blogs really help bridge the distance gap. Just today my mom commented about how much she loves reading our blog and how it helps her to feel connected to Jeremiah.

Hi Linnea...your granddaughter is adorable...I know how you feel my Sophie is 1,000 miles away and I miss her and my daughter everyday..I just got pictures last night from a Halloween party she went to at Gymboree....but I won't get to see her until Christmas...Hope your weekend is going well...

I can soo relate - Ella is in New Jersey and Emily is in Colorado...and Grammie is in Utah! Thank goodness for digital cameras and the internet- I get so see them grow before my eyes (sort of) and they know me as well by constant photos. We see Emily more because Colorado is closer but we only see Ella about once a year...we talk on the phone and as she gets older she'll really "know" who I am, but it's hard!
