Three or More Thursday #5

I have shared my Dala Horses before. But those were my blue ones for Blue Monday. This time I am sharing my orange ones, which seems to be the color most of the Dala Horses. I have exactly three orange ones which makes it perfect for Three Or More Thursdays. Most of my Dala Horses are labeled as being made in Sweden. A few of them are made by a Nils Olson. I think that is cool, since I named my son Nils. Happy Three or More Thursday!

Thank you to Tam at The Gypsy Corner for hosting Three or More Thursdays!

I love those horses! I used to have one...or rather my daughter did from a pen pal she had in Sweden. I wonder if it's still around.

Hi Linnea,
I love those horses. I've never seen anything like it before, what a neat collection. Also thank you for pointing out my title mess up on todays blog entry. Those things happen when one crams all night for college homework, operates on 3 hours of sleep and tries to blog before rushing to work...lol
It's fixed now but again thanks for pointing it out.
Have awonderful day,
Tam

Linnea! I love those horses, and how perfect is their color for Christmas! I used to have one in blue, but it disappeared after a move along with some of my other favorite little pieces. I keep hoping I'll find him in the attic some day. Thanks for sharing these.

XO,

Sheila

How nice that you have so many Dala horses. I only have two myself. We went to Nusnäs in Dalarna where they make them and boy aren't they expensive!!! But I needed to buy one the last time I went and one the latest time.
Hope you have a nice weekend.

My Goodness Nommy! I keep expecting you to run out of things to write about. But you just keep seeming to come up with more. Very, very cool. Love you! And what ever happened to my Dala horse? I know I've got one somewhere. I just don't remember what happened to it and I know it's not here in Iowa with me. Do you remember?

Hi Linnea,
Cute Pink Sat. post...amazing how much pink we really have in our houses when we start looking around, isn't it. You had mentioned wondering how those little fork stands were made...Sally at Salmagundi said she had made them before. She is listed in my blogroll in case you want to visit and ask her about them. :-) Susan
